• Seller Responsibilities: Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Any disputes with buyers related to product quality, delivery, or returns must be handled by the seller.

4. Buyer Accounts

• Registration: Buyers can browse products without an account, but must create one to make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
• Purchasing: Buyers agree to pay for any items purchased on WebPark, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be canceled without the seller’s approval.

5. Payment and Fees

• Payment Methods: WebPark accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, mobile banking, and other electronic forms of payment.
• Seller Payouts: WebPark will facilitate the transfer of funds from buyers to sellers. Sellers are responsible for providing accurate payment information to receive payouts.
• Service Fees: WebPark may charge fees for certain services, including listing upgrades or premium features. These fees will be clearly communicated to sellers in advance.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users of WebPark agree not to:

• Post illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content.
• Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or spamming.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Use WebPark to distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
• Circumvent our systems or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our platform.

Violating these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising between buyers and sellers should be resolved between the parties. WebPark may assist in mediation but is not responsible for resolving disputes. If disputes involve legal issues, users agree to pursue the matter in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Account Termination

WebPark reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Users may also terminate their accounts by providing written notice. However, subscription fees already paid will not be refunded upon account termination.
